" ... To Be or Not to Be ..." a 2021 perspective! ... Continued - Pt2
"...To be or not to be", is a well worn philosophical question posed by Hamlet, however, a better question for our time is, "... To Rock or not to Rock in 2021" ... Now that's the real question!
... and if this weren't enough, I really get pumped about the potential for a Break-Out 2021, when I let myself imagine what will be possible if we incorporate 4 easy disciplines:
- When I imagine what will be possible when our highly motivated agents, who share common goals and aspirations form collaborative and supportive best-practice sharing groups with their peer agents!
- When I imagine and visualize the eruptive volcanic energy and personal power our agents can get from having an unbiased, unrelated ally who will give them unfiltered feedback, call it like it is and illuminate the way forward by identifying options for needed changes when things aren't working.
- When I imagine a collection of like-minded ambitious agents who lend one anther support, encouragement, best practices, insights, and idea sharing; and who freely give and gratefully accept feedback.
- When I imagine a high-performance selling culture, across all individuals and teams; a culture that fosters a driving commitment to execution and a shared accountability for winning the day.
Of course, you're expecting a numbered list of steps or ideas to make the above imaginations (disciplines) become realities ... but, how-bout we just "think" some really impactful Who, What, Where, When and How thoughts to stimulate our minds, thoughts like:
